Tibetan Mastiff is the Most Expensive Dog

On March 2011, the most expensive dog was bought by a coal magnate from Northern China, a multi-millionaire.

The dog was called "Big Splash" or "Hong Dong" in Chinese, a Red Tibetan Mastiff and was purchased with an awesome amount of 10 Million Yuan which is about 1.5 Million US Dollars. The pooch is an 11-month old dog, stands approximately three feet high and weighs more than 180 pounds.

The most amazing thing is that, this pooch beats the record that was set by another Tibetan Mastiff which they called "Yangtze River" and was sold with an amazing amount of 4 Million Yuan which is about 609,000 US Dollars. Amazing isn't it?
