According to the American Kennel Club there are eight recognized breed groups in the dog world namely Sporting Dogs, Hound Dogs, Working Dogs, Terrier Dogs, Toy Dogs, Non-Sporting Dogs, Herding Dogs, and the Miscellaneous Group.

Top 10 Popular Dog Breeds

According to the American Kennel Club (AKC), Labrador Retriever is still on the top of the Most Popular dog in the U.S. and this breed remained on the top for 20 consecutive years.

It's so amazing that this dog remained on the top for 20 years and it only shows that this breed of dog is so cool.
