I've voted for this blog mainly because, I and my dogs, were convinced that this blog is passionately promoting South Cotabato through out the world, not just with a mere part of our province but with the entirety of South Cotabato's best.
South Cotabato Tambayan deserves to win this award since it gives an exceptional image for our province despite the poor quality of news in the north with regards to Mindanao.
